Natural Vision Improvement is a wholistic approach
to vision care. Vision educators teach easy exercises and key
habits to help students: back out of glasses, keep focusing

Vision occurs mainly in the brain. Our eyes receive information
in the form of light, and the brain processes the information to make
meaning of it, creating our "visual world". The process
of improving vision helps to bring one more into balance and harmony.

A: The field of vision therapy has a history of pioneering optometrists
who developed techniques to improve vision and also to help with
learning disabilities, which are frequently related to vision and
