What's this all about?
Natural Vision Improvement is a wholistic approach to vision care. Vision educators teach easy exercises and key habits to help students: back out of glasses, keep focusing flexibility up close with aging, improve the health of their eyes, improve ability to read and learn, and understand the complexity of vision. Vision occurs mainly in the brain. Our eyes receive information in the form of light, and the brain processes the information to make meaning of it, creating our "visual world".
